Automatic material-mixing
Elastomere and thermoplastic components are subject to wear and tear due to different media, temperatures, mechanical stress or solar radiation. We therefore utilize our own material development to optimize endurance, elasticity, life expectancy and functional safety of elastomere components. We translate the specific requirements of our customers into custom tailored recipes. Many of our compounds have been tested and released in accordance with material standards of the major automotive producers. In our highly specialized lab we perform mechanical, dynamic, vulcanizing and processing tests. For analyses exceeding this scope we co-operate closely with the German Institute for Rubber Technology (DIK) in Hanover. The Jäger group is foundation member of the DIK.
